Terms of Service
The plain-language agreement between you and sign.pink. We've kept it readable on purpose — no one should need a law degree to know what they signed up for.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using sign.pink (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" means both you and the organization. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. The Service
sign.pink lets you prepare documents, sign them electronically, send them to others for signature, and store the resulting signed records along with a tamper-evident audit trail. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but we don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know promptly at hello@sign.pink if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to hold an account. People you send documents to may sign without creating an account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break any law, or to forge, impersonate, or sign on someone's behalf without genuine authority.
- Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or interfere with the Service or other users.
- Send spam, harass recipients, or transmit unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
- Resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the Service except as the law expressly permits.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and where necessary preserve records as required by law.
5. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
sign.pink offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan at $3 per month (or the equivalent annual price). Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
- Honest pricing. There are no envelope caps, per-seat fees, or overage charges. If we ever change the price, we'll tell you in advance and it will apply to your next renewal, never retroactively.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds.Except where required by law, fees are generally non-refundable, but reach out — we'd rather you be happy than technically correct.
- Taxes.Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which you're responsible for.
6. Electronic signatures & your responsibility
Electronic signatures created with sign.pink are intended to be legally valid and enforceable under the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA, and to align with the EU's eIDAS framework, when the signer intends to sign and consents to do business electronically. You can read more on our legal overview.
You are responsible for ensuring that electronic signing is appropriate and permitted for your particular documents and jurisdiction. Some documents (for example certain wills, family-law filings, and notices) may be excluded from electronic signing by law in your area. The Service is a tool — it does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any given document is enforceable.
7. Your content and intellectual property
You keep all rights to the documents and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. We claim no ownership over your documents and we don't use them to train models or build advertising profiles.
The Service itself — our software, design, branding, and the lovely color pink as we use it — is owned by sign.pink and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our marks or software beyond using the Service as intended.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will meet every requirement or that any specific legal outcome will result from using it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sign.pink and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold sign.pink harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION PLACEHOLDER — to be set by counsel], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll give reasonable notice — for example by email or an in-app message. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
